APMA is a member-based nonprofit association that needed consistent administrative support, professional communications, and reporting to support informed decision-making. I designed and implemented monthly Board Dashboard reports, managed
member communications and newsletters, coordinated event registrations and administration, established financial tracking and monthly reporting, created content and developed a new association website and supported bylaws revisions, board governance and record keeping.
